Occupational Medicine Physician
Duties and Responsibilities:
They are doctors who specialize in the health issues that arise in the workplace. They are often employed as consultants to determine the cause of a work-related injury, decide how serious it appears to be, and assess the job site where the incident occurred.
Salary:
A 50th Percentile physician is paid $204,543, a 75th Percentile physician is paid $240,795 and a 90th Percentile physician is paid 273,800.
Education:
Residents have to complete an MPH or MSPH in several areas of specialization.
Demand or Need for this Profession:
